ACCOMMODATIONS
Please let us know your accommodation preferences on the RSVP form here. If you choose to stay on site (either camping or in cabins) simply let us know on the RSVP form and it shall be so. There is no need to contact Evans Lake.

Evans Lake offers shared cabins with bunk bed-style accommodation at no cost to the guests. If you wish to stay in a cabin, please bring your own bedding, keeping in mind that it may be cool in the evenings (sleeping bag/duvet/sheets/whatever keeps you comfy, and don’t forget a pillow!). If you are travelling from far away and bringing bedding isn’t an option, please contact us and we can help arrange some bedding for you. You will be assigned a cabin to share with people you know.
On-site tent camping is also available to guests at no cost. If you prefer this option, please bring your own tent, sleeping mat, and bedding.
Washrooms are located between the cabins in a separate building. They have hot showers and flush toilets (fancy!) for gussying yourself up.
RV camping is available off-site at many of the nearby campgrounds:

We’d love to have you spend the night on-site, but if roughing it a little isn’t your thing, Squamish is a 10-minute drive from the venue and offers lots of different types of accommodation:
