How to get there:

​

For those traveling internationally, YVR Vancouver Airport is the largest airport in the Lower Mainland and has many options for car rental. 


International Travel Covid Information: 

As we’re all too aware, international travel restrictions continue to change. You must be double-vaccinated to enter Canada. Please double-check the requirements for travel from your country to Canada to ensure that you have the proper documentation. https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid


All guests traveling from outside of Canada will have to download the ArriveCan app, found right here:

You will need to upload your travel information, passport information, and proof of vaccination to the ArriveCan app within 72 hours of arrival.

Parking: 

The venue has limited parking, so carpooling is strongly encouraged. There is no RV camping or parking on-site. Please let us know if you need a ride to the venue from Vancouver and we will arrange a carpool for you.

From Vancouver: (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes)

  • Take BC-99 N toward Whistler. 

  • Drive past Squamish to Squamish River Valley Road. 

  • Turn left onto Squamish River Valley Road (there is a blinking red light above the highway at the turn-off, with signs for Squamish Valley/ Paradise Valley). 

  • Follow the winding Squamish River Valley Road until you cross the Cheekeye River (just past Fergie’s cafe and Sunwolf). 

  • Keep right at the fork in the road to continue down Squamish River Valley Road for about 2.3 km (just past the Chekemus Centre). 

  • Turn left onto Levette Lake Forest Service Road (there will be a sign for the wedding as well as signs for Evans Lake Forest Education Camp).

  • Follow the bumpy logging road for about 1.2 km up, and then keep left at the fork to continue down to Evans Lake. The venue is just 350 m past the fork! 

  • Once you’ve arrived, drive past the grass field and log cabin and follow the signs for parking. There is a small lot near the cabins. Please squeeze in as close as you can to other cars to maximize parking space! 


From Williams Lake: (approximately 6 hours)

Please check drivebc.ca before departing to check for road closures or detours


  • Take the BC 97 South. 

  • Pass through Clinton, and turn right onto the BC 99 S (Duffey Lake Road), about 10 minutes before Cache Creek

  • Pass through Whistler, and turn right onto the Squamish River Valley Road

  • Turn right onto Levette Lake Forest Service Road (there will be a sign for the wedding as well as signs for Evans Lake Forest Education Camp).
